Applied Integration’s expertise includes the manufacture of PLC’s and Remote IO Panels. These are fully tested in our workshop located in Stokesley, North Yorkshire.

Applied Integration can either build a PLC panel to our customers specification or we can use our in house software engineers to programme and develop the PLC and HMI’s to give a full complete system.

We work with many manufacturers of PLC equipment, and have specific expertise with Allan Bradley and Siemens equipment.

TC Industries New Quench Motor Control Centre houses over a dozen compartments consisting of the motor protection equipment along with the PLC, control equipment and Inverters. The PLC automates the heat-treated parts into the quench using the conveyor system.
